Remote Financial Manager (AI Start-Up)

Salary: ₦100,000 monthly base salary + 1% performance bonus on all processed transactions.
Job Description: Opleiden Digital Ventures is at the forefront of the AI revolution in Nigeria, creating cutting-edge training programs that are empowering thousands of Nigerians with new skills. Due to our explosive growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Remote Financial Manager.
This is a unique, entry-level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to be part of a tech success story. No prior financial experience is required, we will provide all the training.
Your Responsibilities are Simple and Focused:
* Acting as the official signatory for our company’s operational bank accounts.
* Processing daily commission payouts to our valued AI agents and partners.
* Managing the transfer of funds between our company’s designated accounts.
* Maintaining accurate records of all transactions in a simple spreadsheet.
* Following clear, step-by-step instructions from the management team.
What We Offer You:
• A guaranteed ₦100,000 monthly salary, paid on the first of every month.
• A generous 1% performance bonus on the total volume of transactions you manage. This can often be more than your base salary.

What We Need From You:
• You must be a Nigerian citizen with a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identification Number (NIN).
• You must be trustworthy, responsible, and able to follow instructions precisely.
• You must have a smartphone and be comfortable using banking apps.
